Analyst Frrok Çupi spoke about the adoption of the law on criminal amnesty. It shows the reasons why the law does not work equally for everyone.
Çupi says that if all the convicts in SPAK are considered as once enemies of the people, this climate would bring a lot of danger in the social sense.
According to him, we are still at the time when we ask SPAK to solve every problem.
"What bothers him? It blurs the situation we are in, which would be very dangerous if the enthusiasm, so to speak the morals of the people were to affect the administration of justice. What is the enthusiasm? The enthusiasm is for SPAK. Now if all the convicts in SPAK will be considered as once enemies of the people, that is the climate. This is very dangerous in the social sense, it harms people who are unfamiliar with the law, it harms that someone is released and someone is not released. This is the first thing that happens.
The second one has a very big problem with society that society does not notice, neither political society nor social society does not notice. It means that the SPAK and the people who have been sentenced in the SPAK have been newly convicted and you cannot wait as if we had a SPAK for 20 or 25 years, the politics would put their hands there and then the idea would have been trained and they would have become clear a lot of things.
