While the second part of the day will be dominated by light and transitory clearness and cloudiness on the coast and low areas, leaving the Eastern mountainous areas with clearness and somewhat denser cloudiness, where there will also be weak and local rains.
Air temperatures will increase in the morning, but decrease slightly in the afternoon, fluctuating the daily values from 5°C, the lowest value in the northeast of the country, to 24 degrees Celsius, the maximum value is expected in the districts; Elbasan and Berat.
The wind will blow light and medium both on land and at sea at a speed of up to 28 km/h from the West and North-West direction; this will bring low waves to the Adriatic and Ionian coasts.
