In Lezha, flows from streams and rivers have increased significantly, but so far no problems have been observed.
The water level from the Old Buna Bridge is below the danger level, as are the Drin, Kir, and Gjadër rivers, despite increased flows. The situation also appears stable in the Shtodër reservoir.
The Vilu and Cas dams are in operation with 5 pumps each and are ready to operate at full capacity.
In Malësia e Madhe, moderate rainfall continues. The village of Flaka continues to be blocked due to the flow of the Përroi. Electricity supply is problematic in some areas, mainly in Kelmend and Shkrel.
In Vau e Dejës, the Gjadër River has overflowed its banks, causing water levels to rise in the "Kapedani" neighborhood.
In Fushë-Arrëz there are landslides and rockfalls on several rural roads.
There are no road traffic problems in Shkodra, but Postriba and Kelmendi are without electricity, which is being worked on.
