Durrës is one of the cities hardest hit by the bad weather, with streets turning into rivers.

The following video shows one of the streets of the coastal city, completely covered in water. The footage is making rounds on social media, while the Municipality of Durres seems completely out of control in getting the situation under control.

Concreting, lack of investment, or incompetence have turned the city of Durrës into one of the most at risk whenever there is rainfall.
