Bad weather has affected several areas of the country. In the Gjirokastra region, rainfall accompanied by strong winds has continued.
According to reports, in the municipality of Tepelena in the early hours of the morning, problems have appeared on the Tepelena-Gjirokastër road axis, in the place called "Shkalla e "Zezë" due to the fall of inerts from the mountain slopes, the road is trafficable with one crossing. In the village of Nivicë, Kurvelesh administrative unit, in the place called Vreshtan, there is a landslide where 4-5 houses are at risk. The contractor has been notified and is going to clean up the inerts and return vehicle traffic to normal.
Also in the Tepelena municipality, the Kurvelesh administrative unit has experienced power outages and the Qendër unit is currently without power. There are no reports of emergency situations from other municipalities in the region.
