In the "Review" show on Euronews Albania, the lawyer Jordan Daci spoke about the construction of floors without permission.
He emphasized that the first 8 floors of a building are being sold for 1000 euros per square meter, while the last two floors will be sold for 200 euros because they are floors without a permit.
" The fact that this VKM was not taken to the Constitutional Court by those affected, showed that they somehow predicted where they would end up. These issues are regulated only by law. On the other hand, this VKM was not opposed anywhere and was accepted by everyone. Theoretically, we will see gallatas, where for the same building, the first 8 floors cost 1000 and the last two floors that were added will cost 200. These types of expenses should have been foreseen in the instructions so that they are not recognized as expenses ," he said.
