The surgery pavilion of the Shkodra hospital was engulfed in flames. The fire broke out in the room of one of the doctors. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but only material damage.

At the time of the fire, the patients and medical staff of nurses were moved to a safe environment of the hospital and are not in trouble.

It is initially suspected that the cause of the fire may have been an electric heater, which was left on and is suspected to have caused a spark.
