International Relations expert Kreshnik Osmani was invited to the 'Now' show to discuss the possible scenarios of Prime Minister Rama's plan for building a Bektashi state.
According to him, the movement was very clear and addressed to both parties, for the Turkish president, Erdogan, and also for the Serbian president, Vucic.
"The opinion is that Rama told Erdogan that the Americans will not let me because you have political power over the Muslims of Albania. Rama tells Erdogan that the ones you want to control are the bad Muslims, because the good Muslims are those of Baba Mondi, in the sovereign Bektashi state. Erdogan will play in the Balkans with the Sunni Muslims, of which he himself is a part, and the message that Rama gives him is that these Muslims that you will control are the ones that I cannot give guarantees for. But for Vucic, the clear message is that here legal entities have space to create a door through which to seek secession from Albania", said the expert.
Furthermore, in his speech he stated that the risk of Albania being territorially divided is very great, this is because if the Sunnis were to seek their own state, as a religious sect, their extension to a very large part of the country, including places like Tirana, Durres, Elbasan and Lushnja, would increase the division in the country.
"The precedent is dangerous. Believers who believe in the calls of Haxhi Qamili can seek a Sunni state, Tirana, Elbasan, Lushnja, Durrës, Sunni enclaves, with the caliphate that is led by a leader who has Erdogan as his spiritual leader. Half of Albania is Sunni, Tirana, Durrës, Elbasan, we have our heart in Istanbul with the Turkish president. A part of the south passes with Greece, they distribute your pensions, Rama fixed the affairs with Mitcotakis, Beler was declared a Eurodeputy, etc. The prime minister has committed the act of national treason", said Osmani.
