"Perhaps Rama himself", Mertiri: Berisha was assured by someone to go against SPAK

Sociologist Ergys Mërtiri said that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha is going to 'house arrest' with his own feet. According to him, someone (perhaps even Rama himself) gave Berisha a guarantee to go against SPAK.

He also said that another option is that Berisha has lost his sense of reality and thinks that through fireworks in Parliament he will force justice to take additional measures against him.

" Berisha went under house arrest with his own feet. This seems to me to have lost the clear judgment which means to commit suicide with one's own feet.

I think so, I think there are two explanations, either someone has given him a guarantee not to appear at the Prosecutor's Office because they will not take any other measure, maybe influence within SPAK, or Rama himself.

Or Berisha has lost his sense of reality, he thinks he is still untouchable. He thinks that through the fire in the Parliament, he will force the judicial bodies not to take other measures against him" , said Mërtiri in "Euronews".
