"SPAK has done the right thing", jokes Bushati: Albania should be a country with the leader of the opposition in prison

Analyst Andi Bushati reacted after the political decision of SPAK to arrest former Prime Minister Berisha.

He ironically says that SPAK has done the right thing today, implying that Albania is a one-party state regime and as such it is appropriate that the opposition leader is in prison.

"SPAK has done the right thing: it suits Albania to be a country with an arrested opposition leader", writes Bushati on Facebook.

Today, the Special Prosecutor's Office sent a letter to the Parliament of Albania requesting the change of the security measure for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

For Berisha, it is requested that the security measure be changed from that of compulsory submission to prison or house arrest.
