But the facts show that Gaz Demi appointed Olsi Rama as director of "Partizan", to use him as a shield for traffic, money laundering, tax evasion of businesses, construction permits and other affairs with state assets, through his brother the prime minister .
Today we are publishing four concrete cases: According to the tax documents, it turns out that the company "Partizani Sh.A" owned by Gaz Demin, commits fiscal evasion by fraud of millions of Euros, which means concealment of income and money laundering through the Football Club "Partizani". .
Thus, in 2016, the company "Partizani Sh.A" made a profit of ALL 2.2 billion; while for 2017, after the appointment of Olsi Rama as director, the owner Gazmend Demi brought out the balance sheet of the company with a loss of 937 million ALL.
With a loss of 711 million ALL, Gazmend Demi in 2018; with a loss of ALL 1.9 billion in 2019; with a loss of ALL 635 million in 2020; with a loss of ALL 1.1 billion in 2021; with a loss of ALL 988 million in 2022 and with a loss of ALL 2 billion in 2023.
It is not a coincidence that since 7 years after Olsi Rama was appointed director, "Partizani Sh.A", which had a profit of 2.2 billion lek in 2016, has started making losses every year, up to 2 billion lek!
It is not a coincidence, nor the fact that the Tax Administration of Tirana has approved the annual balances with losses, without conducting a tax investigation for the authenticity of the data, but the acceptance of false balances was done with the influence of Olsi Rama under the shadow of his brother the prime minister.
In fact, the General Directorate of Taxes, in March 2020, had to declare the company "Partizani Sh.A" bankrupt; and take to the Court of Tirana, the request to go through the liquidation process, as the law stipulates when a company comes out with a loss for 3 years in a row.
But the favors towards the company "Partizani Sh.A" run by Olsi Rama, have continued with written tax frauds, to hide and erase the debts that Gaz Demi has to the state.
On June 9, 2023, with Letter No. 27368, the Directorate of Taxes, has blocked the accounts and assets of the company "Partizani Sh.A", until the payment of tax liabilities of 3.8 million Euros.
But after 2 months, on August 21, 2023, the Tax Administration declares that it has implemented Request No. 51623, made by Gaz Demi, to remove the measure of blocking the assets of the company "Partizani Sh.A", with the fraud that it has paid off the tax obligations.
According to the information, Gaz Demi has not paid the tax liability, therefore SPAK should investigate this forgery and theft that was done to the state, but also the financial crime with the false annual balances of 7 years, that the taxes allow the company run by the brother of the prime minister Edi Rama.
By Normative Act No. 10, dated 18.5.2022 signed by Edi Rama, the company "Partizani Sh.A" has received 8 million Euros of aid from the state under the guise of the "Covid" crisis, for reimbursement of construction materials for the "Partizani" field, when it is private not state investment.
While with VKM no. 183, dated March 9, 2016, when Olsi Rama was associated with Gaz Demi, Prime Minister Edi Rama donated the "Skënderbegas" sports center with an area of 37,000 m2 of land and 5,164 m2 of buildings, where, in addition to the field, "Partizani" has also built buildings./ Pamphlet
