There is no end to miracles in Albania. Here in our country there are not only billionaire politicians, directors with 500 thousand euros in cash, ministers with villas and luxury cars, but there are also directors who invest nearly 3 million dollars in real estate.
We are talking about Idriz Haxhiajn, currently the commanding director in charge of the Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency.
Minister Taulant Balla, a few weeks ago, dismissed the "piranha" Ardian Koni from his post, after the KLSH discovered a fraud with the seized properties.
Idriz Haxhiaj, who seems to be a "magician" of making money, was assigned to this task.
The real estate site "traded.co" announces that Idriz Haxhiaj has become the owner of an industrial property worth $2,850,000 in New York. It is about a type of warehouse with an area of 3398 square meters. It is located on Bronxdale Avenue in Morris Park, a very expensive area.
“An industrial property located at 1706 Bronxdale Avenue in Morris Park has been sold in a recent transaction.
The property is zoned M1-1 and has an area of 11,150 sq ft (3398 m), with dimensions of 100.58 ft x 118 ft. The building itself has a total floor area of 10,704 ft (3262.5 meters) with a price per square foot of $266. The transaction took place on 28.05.2021, with a sale price of $2,850,000. The buyer of the property is Idriz Haxhiaj, while the seller is Ralph Sassone", the website in question announces.
The website in question has published the photo of Idriz Haxhiaj and we are dealing with the same person. Then how is it possible that a director invests nearly 3 million dollars in the USA. Where did all this money go? Does this confirm what "Pamphlet" wrote a few days ago, or is Haxhiaj investing the money of affairs?
There are rumors that director Idriz Haxhiaj has a family relationship with Sali Berisha, from whom he made a high career; and is rewarding him with the seized assets, allowing the son-in-law Malltezi and the construction partner Fatmir Bektashi, to sell without hindrance the buildings in the "Mangalem 21" complex in Tirana, without receiving the obligation of 100 thousand Euros per month.
The seized HEC "Drita" belonging to another tropojan, Erzen Breçani, continues its work, disguised behind a fictitious NIPT opened by the director Idriz Haxhiaj, with which he allegedly executes the seizure act of SPAK, while the NIPT that seized SPAK continues to work under a different name.
The same scheme made by former director Adrian Koni with the seized resort "Santa Quaranta" and Klement Balili's palaces in Saranda; scheme which Idriz Haxhiaj is continuing, allowing Balilaj to use them and receive 100% of the profits. / Pamphlet
