Journalist Eni Ferhati has warned of other arrests. He stated that in January new developments are expected in justice.
Ferhati stated that after the new information about the Sky ECC file comes, we may have new criminal files, adding that very serious events have already been investigated by SPAK.
He added that there are other very serious events which have already been taken care of by SPAK, such as the recent massacre of Dobrači for which some security measures have been issued.
"What has impressed me is the last file, that of Suel Çela's criminal organization, regarding the way this organization exerted its influence in the territory and regarding the communications that were later disclosed by people of justice.
What I like about the strategy of the Special Prosecutor's Office are the investigations that SPAK is doing on public tenders.
The biggest abuse of Albanian taxpayers' funds is in tenders, and the Special Prosecutor's Office is doing a good job precisely in public auctions. Here we have seen many different wonders of how the cards are folded to favor a certain company. This has made the institutions to be more careful with the exercise of their duties.
I believe in January, with other information coming from Sky, you also have Matrix on the horizon in the meantime, which is not known if it will be investigated in the same way. We will have other criminal files. There are other very serious events which have already been taken care of by SPAK, such as the recent massacre of Dobraci, for which some security measures have also been issued", said Ferhati to "Euronews Albania".
