Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has been under "house arrest" under police supervision since December 30. As he is forbidden to leave the apartment, Berisha has chosen the terrace of his apartment to get air and get some sunlight.

In a video provided by "Pamfleti", Berisha can be seen walking on the premises of the balcony, which is on the top floor of the building where he lives on "Mustafa Matohiti" street.

According to the decision of GJKKO, Sali Berisha should not leave his apartment, nor should he communicate with other people except those who live in the same house with him.

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, represented by prosecutors Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Millonai, has been charged with the execution of this decision.
