The Special Court of Appeals for Corruption and Organized Crime has upheld the seizure of Hec "Drita" owned by the former Chief of Police, Erzen Breçani.
Erzen Breçani was arrested after the disclosure of some conversations in the "SKY ECC" application, where several people ended up in handcuffs, among them the head of crime investigation Dedan Gjoni.

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a monocratic panel composed of judge Engert Pëllumbi, today, 22.01.2024, at 11:30, announced the decision on criminal case no. 21 act, date 11.01.2024 registration, registered on the appeal of the Company {...} sh.pk, with object: "Appeal against decision no. 465, dated 24.11.2023 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, which has accepted the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, for the imposition of the property security measure, and decided:
-Approval of decision no. 465, dated 24.11.2023 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.
- Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Supreme Court, within 45 days from the day after its notification.
