Under the garb of an MP/ He remembers that he is a boxer, Muli of the DP plays
Flamur Noka punching one of the Guard officers

The DP's Muli has chosen to act tough with a Guard officer, punching him in the jaw, perhaps to look a bit like a 'boxer'...

Often, incidents occur in the Assembly Hall that lead to insults and clashes. In many cases, the anger of the deputies is vented towards the Guard officers who carry out their duties in the Assembly Hall. They intervene whenever there is tension, trying to avoid physical clashes between the deputies, or to stop their attacks on the seats where the Prime Minister and ministers sit.

A photo published by Ilir Kulla, an analyst and expert in the field of security, shows precisely a moment of tension, where the protagonist is Flamur Noka, a member of parliament for several terms, but who seems not to have yet learned the basic rules of behavior.

Under the guise of an MP, Noka acts as the strongman inside the hall, but not with his fellow MPs, whether from the majority or other parties.

The DP's Muli has chosen to act tough with a Guard officer, punching him in the jaw, perhaps to look a bit like a 'boxer'.

Almost next to the guard who punched him in the jaw, there is another Guard officer, with whom he once had another clash. But, in this clash, he did not 'burn' them, as it is said in Noka, the MP apologized to the guard, who had doused him with water, during one of those sessions when the opposition lit a fire in the Assembly hall.

"O deputy, the officer you punched is Aurel Kaja, the son of two very good parents, father of 2 children, national champion with the national volleyball team, with more mountain origins than you, and a man of more character!"

If you're so stupid, point your fist at someone else, tall or short, or at oligarchs whose names you can't even mention.

Shame on parliament! ", writes Ilir Kulla on the network, posting the photo.

Perhaps for MP Noka or for DP's Muli, such a moment, captured in a photo, could serve to enrich his CV, in the occasional clashes that appear sometimes by yelling at ordinary police officers, and sometimes at those in the Assembly hall. /Pamphlet/
