Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke about the mandate of the mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, and his non-declaration of a sentence received in Greece.
In an interview for the show "The Unexposed", Hoxha said that the only mistake Hajdari made was that he did not declare in his declaration form that he was convicted in Greece. According to him, failure to meet this criterion will risk the loss of the mandate of Mayor Hajdari.
"His violation is why he did not declare it. Not that he was convicted. He was sentenced to 4 months there. Those of Vora and Shkodra had this problem. Especially those who come from Greece. The criterion is in the law and you declare it. The fact that he did not declare it may result in him losing his mandate. There was a war in that municipality. It is a left-wing municipality and a battle has been fought ," said Hoxha.
We remind you that the Central Election Commission is expected to discuss tomorrow the mandate of the mayor of Kučova, Kreshnik Hajdari, regarding the concealment of the sentence in Greece.
