An investigation that began 5 years ago by the Kurbin prosecutor's office into the kidnapping, murder and disappearance of the body of young Klevis Lleshi, turns out to have been concretized with arrest measures, within just 9 days by the SPAK chief prosecutor, Altin Dumani.
This period, quite short in time and worthy of being nominated in the Guinness Book of Records, as it subsequently led to the complete unraveling of a serious criminal event, which neither the Laçi nor Lezha prosecution had been able to solve for 5 years in a row.
But this record comes only thanks to conversations held on the "Sky" application, which SPAK has administered through criminal files from international partners.
Precisely, a few conversations on the "Sky ECC" application were enough for the special prosecution to create a reasonable belief that the suspected perpetrators of the murder of Klevis Lleshi in Mamurras were Sabah Nuzi, Samet Loka, Sajmir Kolaveri and the financier, Aurel Hoxha, as well as a fifth person who has not yet been identified.
Journalist Elton Qyno learned that SPAK had the conversations that the 5 people had on "Sky", but did not have the investigative file.
Therefore, through a decision sent by the head of SPAK to the Lezha prosecutor's office, the latter has transferred the investigative file of the criminal file that spoke of the discovery of several human bones in a village in Laç, these bones belonging to Klevis Lleshi.
After studying the investigative acts of the file withdrawn from Lezha with the conversations held on the "Sky EÇ" application, the special prosecution, based on these acts, decided on September 16, 2025 to open a criminal file with No. 177.
The investigation began on September 16, 2025, and after 9 days, on September 25, 2025, the special court decided to approve the request of the Special Prosecution Office to allow searches of several buildings and properties of suspected persons, as well as ordering the arrest of 4 persons.
According to the SPAK file, Aurel Hoxha ordered the murder of the young man in exchange for a payment of 50 thousand euros in revenge for his brother Agim Hoxha in England.
For the murder of Klevis Lleshi, Aurel Hoxha, who was involved in drug trafficking and was the owner of the luxurious Monopol bar in Tirana, is suspected of having paid Sabah Nuzi, identified by the investigation as the person who carried out the murder for hire.
Five men from the Lleshi family, Xhaviti, his son Klevisi, Xhaviti's brother Hajredini, Artani and finally Arben Lleshi, are suspected of being killed and disappeared by the same hand, through hired killers, in revenge for the serious crime of 2012 in England, where Arben Lleshi kidnapped, killed and burned his friend, Agim Hoxha from the village of Shqefën i Burreli, where it is believed that he also took the money.
The cause of this entire revenge saga, with 6 victims, is Arben Lleshi, who was executed in prison 11 years after killing his friend Agim Hoxha. / Ora News /
