Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has commented on Albanian politics in front of the institution of SPAK.
Njjela expresses his conviction that when talking about corruption, he is talking about senior politicians who will face the justice of SPAK.
"We are talking about corrupt senior politicians, not ordinary people. We have to crack down on corruption as it is said that when a corrupt person receives a criminal sentence, he can no longer engage in politics. In the future, we will see if there will be a change in the optics of the parties as a function of anti-corruption", said Ngjela.
Asked if SPAK can survive political pressure, he refers to the case of Ilir Meta, pointing out that such politicians are in tension and fear.
"SPAK is a special institution, it is not part of the old judiciary. Ilir Meta has already been caught by the law, he is under charges. We need such social cleansing in function of corruption. It is a great historical fact for the salvation of a society. Corruption is a crime, but in the political reality it is anti-nationalism", the lawyer emphasizes.
He also shares the opinion that Albanian politicians have had hatred towards Albanians, as it is a politics of a provincial side level.
