Publisher Nikoll Lesi stated that SPAK's arrests at the level of senior officials are cultivating a kind of education to enforce the law among those who work in the state.
Invited to the 'Now' show on 'Euronews Albania', he stressed that despite the attack that both Rama and Berisha have launched against SPAK, neither of them will be able to dissolve or reform SPAK after the elections. He warned of strong arrests in April.
"I am a partisan of punishing the unpunished, this method of imprisonment has instilled a kind of fear in those who work in the state, through the violence of handcuffs, the education of officials to enforce the law has begun. Neither Rama nor Berisha can overthrow SPAK after the elections. As far as I know, there will be some arrests in April... I believe there will be ," said Lesi.
