"Evidence was damaged", Karamuço on SPAK's investigations

Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço, speaking about SPAK's investigation into the January 21 case, stated that there are difficulties in the investigation because evidence has been damaged.

He emphasized that now some dark things that influenced the decision-making and actions of that time have begun to come to light.

" If we go into it, the evidence has been damaged in that case. The wiretapping must be cross-referenced with concrete data. As long as there is a strong political debate, the headline is January 21. It is a big hostage of politics, whether left or right. Investigations have been conducted for a certain level of people and for some of the victims, these have been tried, while for others it is not known who the murderer is. The weapon has not been identified. I am now hearing from former judges and prosecutors who have started and are speaking and are shedding light on some dark things that have influenced their decision-making and actions at that time. SPAK can very well take these and call them ," he said for the "Real Story" show on ABC News.

Among other things, criminal expert Ervin Karamuço stated that it has been proven day after day that the weapons used to shoot them belong to the state and the subsequent interrogations have been very detailed to have a complete picture of the investigation.

"Something has moved because it is being proven day by day that they are state weapons and how many millimeters they are, whose they are. What about the order? To shoot under what circumstances? Measures were taken for one victim, they were investigated, and so on for the others. He took it very seriously and the way they were questioned is another way and in detail to complete a picture that the first investigation did not complete ," he concluded.
