Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço, speaking about SPAK's investigation into the January 21 case, stated that there are difficulties in the investigation because evidence has been damaged.

Investigations have been conducted for a certain level of people and for some of the victims, these have been tried, while for others it is not known who the murderer is. The weapon has not been identified. I am now hearing from former judges and prosecutors who have started and are speaking and are shedding light on some dark things that have influenced their decision-making and actions at that time. SPAK can very well take these and call them ," he said for the "Real Story" show on ABC News.
