The hearing for "January 21" begins, the family members of Aleks Nika and Hekuran Deda arrive at the Supreme Court

Today, a public court session will be held regarding "January 21".

In the session that will be held at 13:00, the Supreme Court will decide which prosecutor will investigate the case, SPAK or the Tirana prosecutor's office.

Mark Nika, Alex Nika's uncle, and Rajmonda Nika, Aleks Nika's widow, who have just arrived at the High Court, will also be present in the hall.

The brothers of Hekuran Deda have just arrived at the premises.

In the meantime, SPAK Prosecutor Alfred Shehi will be the one representing the prosecution body.

The request of the Nika family ended in the Supreme Court after the Special Court GJKKO and the Appeal of this court rejected it. The relatives of the murdered protester demand that the Supreme Court overturn the two decisions made by the other two levels of the judiciary and order the Special Prosecutor to register the criminal proceedings.
