"Even the prosecutors don't know when it will end because Edi Rama's word is awaited. He is the person who will determine the end of the investigations and I say this very seriously. If you get in touch, don't bother them because they don't know", answered Gjokutaj.
As for the decision of the Supreme Court for 'January 21', Gjokutaj said that the Nika family will demand its right, but this right is also being used by Edi Rama.
He stated that the decision of the Strasbourg Court on January 21 is not binding on SPAK, while he emphasized that the Special Prosecutor's Office has declared lack of competence for the case.
"The Nika family has every right to demand its right, but this right remains within these parameters until it is instrumentalized by Edi Rama and politics. The current Minister of Justice has made a report to SPAK and a disqualification has been imposed for the persons Sali Berisha and Lulzim Basha. The Strasbourg decision is not binding on SPAK. The whole matter is presented because such is the provision. Only the buildings differ, the mindset is the same," said the lawyer.
