Another earthquake was recorded this evening in the southeast of the country, continuing the series of seismic tremors that have been affecting the area for two days.
According to preliminary data, the earthquake had its epicenter in Desmirë, Maliq municipality, and was felt a few minutes ago. The magnitude of the tremor was estimated at 3.9.

This is the twelfth earthquake recorded in the southeast over the last 48 hours, a period characterized by continued seismic activity.
The day before, on Wednesday evening, the area was hit by a stronger earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1, which was followed by several lighter tremors.
Authorities continue to monitor the seismic situation, while successive aftershocks keep the area under increased attention.
