The director of Librazhd hospital, Fatbardha Qatja, has been dismissed from her post. The decision was signed by the Minister of Health, who has wasted no time in appointing Qatja's successor to this position.
The new director will be Ermir Sulollari, who currently holds the position of deputy mayor of Librazhd.
It seems that Qatja's dismissal from office was unexpected and consequently brought her reaction on social media.
"Today, unexpectedly and unexpectedly, a letter arrived in the "postal mail" demanding my immediate dismissal from work. No reason, no reason. Surprisingly, no prior notice, and moreover, no notice that the dismissal would take place."
As in the era of "be far away", this masquerade was today. It is not a joke that we are temporary, even our life is temporary. But why is this dismissal happening?! I do not want to believe that the ministerial department that I have worked with as a subordinate institution, would reach this level.
It was signed by the minister on February 28th and how is it possible that the post office, running and running, brought it today, March 3rd, at 8:30 in the morning?! Did the postal service work on a holiday for me alone?
All this, since from March 3, the suspension of movements in the administration begins, the mail quickly arrived at Librazhd Hospital.
I believe that an unequivocal dismissal is made in extremely serious violations. I want to be transparent. I am not a "captain" director who has accumulated "fat" through fraudulent, corrupt means, and if I am unemployed, I have fat to burn.
I only received my salary from my state, nothing else. Since you fired me from my job so quickly, where will my child be fed? I am a mother before I am a manager or an employee.
You as a state, where do you think I will be tomorrow?! Throw me out on the street? This is #EXECUTION. In whose name? And why?!
Why am I a problem?! Why do I work? Why don't I get corrupt? Why do I enforce the law?! What can I expect after this? All to please someone I have wronged with my justice, with my correctness by enforcing the law.
"In addition, I am infinitely grateful to the staff of Librazhd & Prrenjas Hospital. I am privileged for 1 year and 5 months, that we have worked and shared every challenge together. The consideration for #JU deserves another status at a moment as soon as possible," she says.
