"The government is not overthrown by crowds", Ngjela: Berisha can

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela, has analyzed the political situation in the country and the recent events, starting from Prime Minister Rama's interview with Rai3, the use of the situation by former Prime Minister Berisha, and his daughter, Argita.

Invited to the show "Top Talk", Ngjela said that for the latter, a debate has been created in politics, where it is said that the daughter of the former prime minister, Argita Malltezi, could be Berisha's successor.

" It has nothing to do with PD, because we are talking about Reestablishment, which is not a party. Reestablishment is a political, voluntary movement. He (Berisha) will bring the girl to this movement and declare it a party. Lulzim Basha's party is legally recognized. The problem is every do Reestablishment? He can announce the party, since he is under arrest, he left his daughter. Even if it is a family political movement, it is not the only one in the world, there are many. We don't know if she can take power if she leads Saliu's movement. But these are normal things, there is no violation of the law" , said the lawyer.

As for Rama, Ngjela said that no new details are yet known about what benefits he has received from the Italian government, in exchange for housing illegal immigrants.

" Rama was given a benefit to build a base for the housing of illegal immigrants on Albanian land, but we don't know if he gave anything for free, how much the rent of the land is, we don't know this. It is possible that it is the agreement that they gave the Albanians' pensions, but we do not know if they are true. Why did they give this benefit to Italy, why? For relationships, neighbors or any other issue? ", said the lawyer.

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha announced a protest in front of the Parliament this Thursday, to demand the removal of Edi Rama from the leadership of the government, a call that Njela said that in a democratic government, the possibility that they can topple the government with crowds, but with votes, does not work.

"Governments are overthrown by votes, not by crowds of people, who have you seen? With whom and why will we make a revolution? He is under accusation, he has the right to defend himself. There is no point in bringing people out in protest. He has the right to defend himself by any means that the constitution allows, whether it is regular defense or not is a professional problem ," he said.

Regarding the approval for the establishment of the Anti-corruption commission, only with the votes of the SP, Ngjela said that " it has nothing to do with SPAK, but the western aid in Albania has affected its reformation. Every law will be in the parliament, we are a state that does not recognize the state, this issue is the opposition that goes out on the streets, that change of legislation will go to the parliament, there we all understand what happens ".
