Journalist Ola Xama, through a status on social networks, writes that Mirel Mërtirit, called the brain of the incinerators by SPAK, is "presta nome" in the contracts of the incinerators because he did not fix the figures of money that were collected from the companies.

"From what I heard so far from the interview, I was convinced that Mirel Mertiri is the 'presta nome' in the incinerator contracts, because he had not properly fixed the figures of the money that had been collected from the companies.
