During searches in the homes of members of the Rraja tribe, who were arrested as part of the SPAK operation, the police found and seized significant amounts of money amounting to 430 thousand euros.
415 thousand were in euros, while the rest were in lek and dollars.
Vehicles and a Rolex watch were also seized. Rexhep Rraja, the son of former SP MP Rrrahman Rraja, and his two cousins, Gazmir Rraja and Përparim Rraja, were arrested.
The Rapid Intervention Force conducted checks in the Kruja and Nikla areas in the early hours of Wednesday morning in several homes of the Rraja tribe.
The checks were carried out due to drug trafficking investigations. Among the accused is Rexhep Rraja, the son of former SP MP Rrahaman Rraja.

These citizens are accused of the criminal offense of "narcotics trafficking" committed in collaboration in a special form of collaboration, that of a structured criminal group.
Who are the arrested and those wanted?
Rexhep Rraja, the son of former MP Rrahman Rraja, and his cousin Përparim Rraja were wanted by the Fushë Kruja police for the violence at the latter's quarry in Borizanë, an event that occurred on July 6, 2023. The barbaric violence occurred after two cousins, Bilbil and Jashar Maja, had reported to the police that Përparim Rraja's quarry was destroying their homes in Borizanë. Members of the Rraja tribe took them to the hospital after raping them with baseball bats and other heavy tools. Rexhep Rraja, in addition to the barbaric violence against the Maja cousins, is known for the sensational story with Xhisiela Maloku, the girl from Fushë-Kruja, who in 2018 reported that she was raped by her partner after the breakup, but 4 hours later withdrew the complaint.
The three people who are in prison for the same criminal activity. Islam Sefa was arrested in July 2024 in a bar near SPAK for drug trafficking. He is accused of being the leader and financier of a group that trafficked 912 kg of marijuana worth 3.3 million euros to Germany. On December 18 of this year, the GJKKO sentenced him to 11.4 years in prison for drug trafficking in 9 episodes. His brother, Bujar Sefa, wanted for this operation, was sentenced in absentia to 10 years in prison on July 1, 2024 as the leader of a criminal group that cultivated cannabis plots in several areas of Kruja. The two brothers, Islam and Bujar Sefa, according to contemporary writings, were sentenced in 2021 in Italy to 9 and 12 years in prison, respectively, as part of an organization that dealt with drug trafficking from the Netherlands to Venice, during the years 2016-2017.
Jani Çavo, who was sentenced to prison, was arrested in June 2023 as part of a group that trafficked cannabis from Syria and heroin from Turkey, worth up to 2.7 million euros. In December last year, the GJKKO sentenced his group to a total of 107 years in prison, while Çavo was sentenced to 8.8 years in prison.
Aldo Gjini has also been arrested previously. In July 2021, he was involved in a stabbing in Tirana. Gjini is internationally wanted by EUROPOL on charges of attempted murder, trafficking in weapons and ammunition. He is also suspected of being the perpetrator of a stabbing in Luxembourg in 2020. In 2016, he was arrested in Italy for drug distribution.
There is no information about Ervin Shulin's past and there is still no official information about his role in these criminal groups. Two of the other 4 wanted men, Hajdar Sefa and Vildan Baraku, were collaborators in the criminal group led by Islam Sefa, who trafficked 3.3 million euros of marijuana to Germany.
