Former prosecutor Eugen Beci has shed light on the arrests made by SPAK in the municipality of Tirana.
Beci has expressed that SPAK with these rates for the corruption that has spread in Albania to the level of an endemic will leave the country without directors.
"Before 2013, there was no international who didn't raise his voice when the majority at that time said a word about justice, while after 2013, Sajmir Tahiri, the current prime minister, lined up the leaders of the judiciary in conferences on 15 floors where only the cursed words of house prisoners were not heard.

SPAK at these rates for the corruption that has spread in Albania to the level of an endemic will leave the country without directors, we need a political solution for this serious situation that has gripped our country", said Beci.
GJKKO has signed 9 security measures, among them 3 with prison terms for 3 former directors of the Municipality of Tirana, Mariglen Qato, Redi Molla and Taulant Tusha.
They are accused of giving tenders to the company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk" while they were in management positions, which was fictitiously managed by 3 others, but 'de facto' Qato and Molla were the real owners. '5 D' was announced winner and was also favored in the tenders of "Tirana Parking" and "Tirana" Sports Club.
