Speaking about the political situation in the country, lawyer Spartak Ngjela also analyzed the work done by SPAK so far.
In an interview for "Report TV", Ngjela said that SPAK is not moving at the right pace, and according to him, this is due to two reasons, which are fear or incompetence.
The lawyer further emphasized that SPAK will either save Albania from corruption, or it will destroy itself.
" SPAK is either afraid or incompetent. Corruption must be eradicated. The anti-corruption law was made by internationals, it must be implemented. SPAK should initiate criminal lawsuits where they have not been touched so far. SPAK saves Albania from corruption and organized crime, because it sinks itself. Those who created the justice reform have a great interest in Albania, they should think that they are a superpower. Either they will take the fight against corruption to the end or they will sink. If they are afraid that they have threatened them, they should resign" , continued Ngjela.
