Erzen Breçani shkon në SPAK, do t’i komunikohet akuza

Erzen Breçani appeared today at SPAK, where he will be informed of the charges.

The Special Prosecutor's Office closes the investigations and communicates the accusations of money laundering and supporting the perpetrator of the crime, former police officer Erzen Breçani and other members of the group who have been arrested.

Brecani appeared at SPAK, just a few days after the Special Court of Appeal decided to change the security measure from prison arrest to house arrest.

Brecani had asked several times to ease the security measures as he claimed he had heart problems and suffered from claustrophobia.

The former deputy director of the Tirana police was arrested in November 2023 by order of the SPAK where, in addition to him, Dedan Gjoni, the former chief of crimes at police station number 6, Bujar Ajeti and Besmir Murtati were also arrested.

SPAK issued 11 arrest warrants, where the son of Erzen Breçani, Eralbi Breçani and Ervin Mata are wanted.
