"The money was taken by friends of the government to build resorts",

Analyst Arian Curri spoke from a different perspective about the fact that Albania received less funding than other Western Balkan countries.

He said that this happened because Albania stole with the funds that the EU gave it, and for that reason they expect us to have new reforms, so that we don't have to steal.

Yes, this was opposed by Besart Kadia, who said that the EU did not come to Tirana today to support the thefts.

"The fact that we have received less lek from the countries of the Western Balkans is the fact that we have stolen more funds, and the thefts have become massive both during the time of the DP and the time of the SP.

We recently had the scandal with the Ipard funds, where the funds that were meant to be given to agricultural villagers were given to friends of the government to build resorts. A minister is under investigation for this.

If Rama were to go and tell the Europeans that you are giving us 140 dollars per capita while other countries are getting more, Der Lyen's answer would be that 'do the reforms that means don't steal, or do the justice reforms so you don't 'let you steal and we will give you more funds,'” said Curri.

Kadia: Albania did not complain about itself.

Curri: He complained about himself, about whom he complained.

Kadia: Albanian diplomacy has always insisted that the entire Balkans, like Germany and the eastern countries, have benefited.

Curri: Here it is stolen by the bootstraps even though the EU is current and does not tell us in the face but tells us implicitly.

Kadia: This is the most tiresome topic for the public, thefts and only thefts. That's why all the Europeans came to tell you to steal more? They did not come to support the thefts.

In the end, MP Jorida Tabaku also intervened, who said that Albania did not receive as many benefits as we thought.

" Since spring, we have been waiting for the benefits that Albania will have, and the only thing I heard today was the opening of the European College with 30 students," said Tabaku.
