For the third time, it has not been possible to conduct the preliminary hearing for the "Metamorfoza" file.
The reason for the postponement this Thursday was the absence of Pëllumb Gjoka, who did not appear in the session due to health problems.
In addition to the broken leg, Gjoka also had heart problems, specifically with arrhythmia, a problem which, according to the lawyer, prevented him from performing leg surgery at the private hospital.
At the session of this Thursday, an Italian lawyer appeared at the GJKKO, who asked to be present at the session, while he was not allowed because it is a preliminary session.
The Italian lawyer came to monitor the process, after claiming that a studio in Italy and another in Great Britain are preparing to take the case to the Strasbourg Court.
The next session was scheduled for July 18 at 11.00.
On May 4, the Special Prosecutor's Office closed the investigations and sent the file for trial to the GJKKO, for some defendants, while dividing the case for some others.
The Special Prosecutor's Office has so far communicated the accusations to businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, former chief of operations Oltion Bistri and Ardi Hasanbegaj.
