Altin Ndoc's lawyer, Aldo Shkëmbi, has spoken about his client's escape from Durrës hospital.
The lawyer explained the course of events over the years, while emphasizing that Altin Ndoci lost faith in justice.
He also said that 'SKY ECC' data shows that Altin Ndoci had only been a user for three days, and these three days were before he was arrested.
"It was a surprise for me too. But it is more related to the fact that he lost faith in justice. Altin Doc's story began somewhere in March 2020. Initially, Altin Doc's name was for the murder of Dorjan Shkoza and Haxhi. Klevis Alla became a collaborator of justice and due to the circumstances he was involved in, it was proven that he was pushed by Nuredin Dumani to involve Altin Ndoci and Talo Çela in the murder. Many other circumstances and facts have also emerged that are also related to the 'SKY ECC' platform. In 2020, it was proven that Altin Ndoci was not the author of the murder of Shkoza and Haxhi. He was later accused of four murders in collaboration with Talo Çela. But then the special prosecution withdrew the charges against Altin Ndoci. SPAK withdrew the charges after four years. The fact is that Altin Ndoci had no connection to the four murders," said the lawyer.
