The Fier Prosecutor's Office has launched investigations regarding the use of public administration in the campaign for the May 11 elections. Based on a document signed by prosecutor Elida Hoxhaj, the Fier Prosecutor's Office has launched investigations regarding the misuse of state resources by the Socialist Party.
The letter orders the seizure of film footage published in the media, or from investigative shows, hidden cameras, etc., that show how administration employees were systematically forced to participate in electoral meetings or campaign rallies of the Socialist Party.
After the publication of the letter from the Fier Prosecutor's Office, Gazment Bardhi, political leader of the DP campaign in the second largest electoral district, also reacted.
Bardhi accuses the Fier SP of being a "structured criminal group" and demands that the case be passed to SPAK for a thorough and rapid investigation.
" The launch of investigations into the misuse of state resources for electoral campaigns is positive and deserves appreciation, but it is insufficient! In investigating electoral crimes, speed in investigations and timely holding violators accountable is a must."
We expect the law to act against Belinda Balluku's electoral gang in the Fier region, and issues of this nature should be referred to SPAK for jurisdiction because we are facing a structured criminal group, with clear and well-defined roles, led by Belinda Balluku. The facts for this are evident, all that is needed is the will for prosecutors to do their job without delay and without hesitation!
For months now, hundreds of public administration employees under Belinda Balluku have invaded the Fier region like a gang, abandoning their state duties and exerting pressure or offering favors in exchange for votes. The massive rejection of citizens has made them even more arrogant, even more ridiculous, even more irresponsible, leaving traces of their crimes everywhere.
Fortunately, they are all identified by name and surname as lawbreakers, and the citizens of Fier district are clear that like any vagrant, they are individuals with an expiration date on May 11th and at 12 in the morning they return to Tirana to get ready to go where every lawbreaker belongs.
"Therefore, on May 11, the citizens of Fier district are clear about what they will do, they will not succumb to pressure and will vote for change for the better of Albania, supporting the excellent economic alternative of the Democratic Party ," Bardhi writes on the social network.
