A special role and the main protagonist, according to the interceptions of this scheme, seems to be Afrim Ruçi, the head nurse of the Oncology Department, who in many cases played the role of a realtor and served as a bridge between the doctors, but also the patients' pharmacies to provide the drugs chemotherapy.
Also, in these interceptions, advice is given to the people involved in this scheme, not to do any favors at the time when Dr. Elidoni would be on duty, as they would have problems.
