Today, RENEA forces arrested Marklen Haka, one of the most wanted persons by the state police.
The 33-year-old was arrested in the village of Nikël in Krujë in the yard of an apartment. Haka is considered a person with high social risk.
Journalist Etleva Delia spoke about the arrest of Haka, who considered him a key character for the latest SPAK file, where his name appears and is mentioned in conversations on SKY, for organizing murders, ensuring conditions.
She emphasized that Haka "played with two doors", on one side she was following Arben Ndoka and on the other side she was communicating with Emiljano Shullazi and giving him information about Durim Bami.
"He is an important character. He is a key figure for the latest SPAK file, where his name comes up and is mentioned in conversations on SKY, organizing murders, securing conditions. His name appears on both sides, he plays with two gates, he is also seen on the side of Durim Bami, who is actually his cousin, providing information about the murder of Arben Ndoka. In fact, in the file of SPAK, it is said that it plays the role of insurers, protection and follow-up of Arben Ndoka. On the other hand, he also mentions Emiljano Shullazi, with whom he communicates in prison through the SKY application, giving information about Durim Bami. In both cases, he is involved in ensuring the conditions for committing murders within structured criminal groups", said the journalist for "Abc News".
