"The fish stinks from the head", former President Moisiu: Corruption has increased, I am dissatisfied with the work of SPAK

Former president Alfred Moisiu was invited today to Breaking on Top News. 

Asked what he thinks about the work of the prime minister, he said that Albania has changed and that Rama has done both good and bad things.  

"Rama has a bunch of mistakes but there are also good things, so I call it one eye, not two. Albania has changed, but I for one am unhappy", he said.

According to the former president, SPAK should hit harder because the fish stinks from the "head".

"Corruption has increased, I am dissatisfied with the work of SPAK, it should work harder and fall on the bad guys' heads. The fish stinks from the head, they must be tough", said the former president in Top News.
