This part of his lecture was quoted by journalist Andi Tela in the show "The Unexposed" to illustrate the arrogance of SPAK.
According to him, the punishment of Berisha is not done by Rama, but by the Americans, because they are the ones who want him accused.
Andi Tela: I do not share Sejamin's thesis that it is Rama who does this, but above Rama. The Americans are the ones who love the accused Doctor, as they accused him of passive corruption.
Ylli Rakipi: I.e. are you saying that America is directly showing why the Doctor is corrupt?
Andi Tela: The arrogance of GJKKO in this case shows this. Today, for the first time, the question was asked to SPAK: Can you explain to us the article of the Constitution that, in addition to prison and house arrest, states any form of deprivation of liberty? Arben Kraja's answer was: yes, it is also the variant of hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital, in the sense that apart from these two measures, another form of deprivation of liberty is to take him and take him to a psychiatric hospital. He did not enter these others at all, but said this is the form.
The doctor could have solved this more simply, he could have gone to SPAK today and said that I presented myself since the request has gone to the assembly, it can go even next week, without the court hearing for the decision on the arrest measure. I have the impression that even the Doctor may be interested in the measure of house arrest, that becoming a victim of the socialist and American trap. And maybe in the elections after a year and a half, this can be added to the stealing of the vote, not mentioning the name of the party, isolation from the court, these are the Doctor's arguments to justify a defeat.
