The Traffic Police has taken stock of the week we left behind. According to the police announcement, 27,927 fines have been imposed across the country.
It should be noted that most of the fines, about 8,008 of them, have been imposed for speeding over the permitted rates, as well as for using a mobile phone while driving and for wrong overtaking.
During this week, as a result of increasing controls with smart vehicles, automatic radars, drones, dredges and finally telescopes, in order to identify mobile phone users, 126 driving licenses were suspended while driving, for speeding above the permitted rates. for driving under the influence of alcohol/in a drunken state and for driving in the opposite direction.
Meanwhile, 35 drivers were arrested, of which 22 were for driving while intoxicated, 1 for driving under the influence of narcotics and 12 for driving without a driving license.
Administrative measures:

-1479 for using a mobile phone while driving;
-1632 for not using the seat belt;
- 2094 for wrong passings;
- 678 for not wearing a protective helmet;
- 234 for speed and dangerous maneuvers on the road;
-345 driving under the influence of alcohol;
-11334 for wrong parking;
-2123 for various violations.
