Lawyer Kujtim Cakrani stated that the amnesty which was voted on Thursday in the Parliament of Albania was not a comprehensive amnesty.
He called this amnesty "bullshit", which, according to him, will benefit some jurists convicted by the GJKKO, or in other courts, who have signed to "make the boss's head".
Cakrani called the statement of Alibeaj and the DP led by Lulzim Basha untrue, who claim that corrupt high officials will benefit from the amnesty. According to the lawyer, they are excluded from the benefit of amnesty.
"He should listen to all the associations that deal with human rights and the community of lawyers. This amnesty is done to wash the mouth, it is not comprehensive. It is the fault of politics, since politics did not use it as a humane act but as one of its own, was it the fault of the opposition or the government, it matters little.
