Publicist Preç Zogaj, while commenting on the Beleri case, spoke about the pressure from Greece to release or allow his oath as the elected mayor of Himara Municipality.
He said that this is a matter of justice and cannot be brutally interfered with for political reasons.

From this point of view, I am full of faith in justice. It cannot be brutally intervened for political reasons related to the pressures of Greece. It is a matter of justice and justice we will believe until the end. I think that the Beleri case will be resolved and should be resolved by justice ," said Zogaj.
He emphasized that Greece cannot block Albania's EU integration, despite the constant threats.
" In addition, Himara is Albania and will continue to be Albania. There is a minority of Greek speakers, but no one should think of causing trouble. We know the Greek minority where it is and we will continue to respect it. Albania has never had problems with the treatment of minorities. It is the neighboring countries that have behaved shamefully. Nor will Albania have any consequences from what Athens says, but this does not mean that nobody's rights should be violated. Greece cannot use the veto to obstruct a country. It cannot block EU integration ", said Zogaj in "News 24".
