On January 11, the process of registering voters abroad begins, a process for which Celibashi has shown a guide and everything that needs to be done so that Albanians living abroad can "qualify" as voters.
He emphasized the fact that registration should be done through the phone's camera, and not through a photo, as everything is identified by the system.
" It is necessary that through the CEC application that must be downloaded on a smart phone or tablet, or through the CEC website, one must enter the voting section from abroad, where he then accesses the platform of the registrars from abroad. The registration procedure from abroad is carried out there.
A personal account must be opened in "PER", which is a very simple process. You must enter your personal identification number, date of birth and place of birth, a non-Albanian mobile phone number, an e-mail address and you must appear physically in front of the phone's camera, the system distinguishes whether it is about a living person or a photography. If you are not physically present, you can no longer develop the process. You can continue the registration process at a second time.
You must scan via phone or computer camera of the identification document. This can also be done with an invalid document. A 6-digit code will appear that you will upload, and with that the registration process ends.
