Analyst Neritan Sejamini spoke about the opposition action of "civil disobedience", as he said that political polarization in Albania is not a new event.
Invited to "News 24", Sejamini said that Albanians need a different approach to be inspired and to be given an alternative different from that of the Rama government.
"For years, the Albanian opposition has been trying to confront the power of Edi Rama with protests. But I think it was not an approach that solved anything.
Albanians need another approach, which inspires Albanians, which provides a different alternative to that of the Government. Protests don't unite the opposition, they don't bring the gray electorate closer, they can just keep the militants connected.
One of the main problems DP has is the way it has set its strategic priority. Her goal is not to overthrow the Rama government, but to win votes and win the elections, thereby overthrowing the government. If they will be content with saying to topple the government, then it conditions its options.
I do not think that the Rama Government will fall before the elections so that we have a technical government. In the conditions when you ask for something that also depends on the opponent, he either gives it when he is interested, or he doesn't give it at all", said Sejamini.
He said that the opposition claims that the elections are stolen or bought, then the opposition should offer the alternative to gather votes and create a hurricane of votes.
"The Democratic Party must translate the majority of citizens against the Government into voting for it, by arousing hope, it must inspire, they must rejoice in the hope that if the opposition comes to power, they will live better", said Sejamini.
