"The protests hit Berisha first", Ardit Rada: Journalists and

Journalist Ardit Rada has commented on the protests in Tirana and the long-distance clashes between Edi Rama and their organizers. Rada said that the prime minister has not made any revelations when he raised accusations about people influenced by enemy countries, as part of the rallies in Tirana.

"What did Edi Rama say at the beginning? Yes, there are people influenced by countries hostile to Albania who are exploiting the sincerity of a protest that started with flamingos and ended with calls for the overthrow of the constitutional order. Because the five points read by Dritan Goxhaj themselves demand this. Now let's go back to the enemies or ill-wishers. Wasn't it Athens that reacted on the first day of the protest and Rama had a long reply with Alexis Tsipras? How did the protest come from Zvërnec to Tirana? Why didn't the protesters or the rapist distance themselves from Athens? Didn't anti-Israeli slogans come out in the protest from the first days until it culminated in the rape of the Israeli embassy and its flag? Today, do we have a lady declared non-grata who has not left a protest without intervening and who has a photo with the most anti-Western president that Iran has ever had, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

There is nothing to be surprised about. The Intelligence Service, but also us in journalist circles know the colleagues who are paid by Iran. As do the activists. We know by name and surname how they are paid with cryptocurrencies from Iran, with the idea that it is a safe form of hiding. The Intelligence Service and the authorities know them even better. It is forgotten here that 4 years ago there was a clash in Durrës at a book fair. The Mujahideen of Manza went and beat up some journalists precisely because they had published and advertised pro-Ayatollah literature at the fair. Do you remember this episode? There you have some journalists and activists who defended the line of political Islam and the Mujahideen, having information about their financing, went and beat them up, etc. "Iran does not have a physical embassy in Albania, but it maintains contacts through social networks and it is the tactic of that state's services to lure as many elements as possible through considerable payments,"   Ardit Rada told "Abc News".

Asked about the Democratic Party's intervention in the citizens' protests, Rada said that these are futile efforts. The journalist added that the one most affected by what is happening is Sali Berisha, not the government.

"The DP has taken the biggest hit from the protests. First, they burned the card that people don't go out to the square out of fear of the regime. Second, they burned the card that people don't stay in the square for days because they get tired. And third, they took over the square for Sali Berisha, who has nowhere to put his lecterns with 30 people. There was an ugly attempt by the DP to bring its strongmen into the crowd, which was despised by the citizens. Now Sali Berisha's entire effort is to eliminate the slogan "Berisha in prison."

For this reason, they are sending people here and there with slogans that do not include Berisha, so that it seems as if the indignation is only with Edi Rama. The problem is that this protest, whether or not it brings out a leader or a political party, has essentially given the opposition in the country a kick in the teeth. It was a tactical mistake that they did not accept dialogue with the government about the flamingos and the project, as was initially claimed. Now the protesters are stuck in the square, and Berisha is left without a square. And when the protest dies down on its own, only the opposition will be back to normal," Rada said.
