Scenes from the protest

Activist Sidorela Vatnikaj has commented on the investigative actions of SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation in the Territorial Development Agency (AZHT) and the National Council for Territory and Waters (KKTU) from the protest, describing them as a positive development.

According to her, the investigations should extend to the decision-making of Prime Minister Edi Rama, as these institutions approve the most important development projects in the country.

"In these institutions, the most important decisions for the development of the territory are made, all with the signature of Prime Minister Rama. In these institutions, towers, resorts and all strategic projects are approved. It is precisely for these institutions that we turn to the justice institutions to verify whether the law, procedures, transparency and public interest have been respected", she said.
Vatnikaj said that the fact that these institutions are now the focus of SPAK is to be welcomed, while emphasizing that the protesters support the work of justice, but demand that the investigations not be stopped.

And, like the first day, we address the justice institutions that we are in support, but we have one request: 'Investigate Rama'", she concluded.
