Citizens sat cross-legged in the middle of the street, continuing the protest peacefully.
Tensions in front of the Parliament building continue, while hundreds of citizens remain gathered demanding the government's resignation.
The escalation of the situation was recorded immediately after the end of the plenary session, when the deputies began to leave the Parliament building.
Protesters blocked the main exits of the Parliament, repeating the calls: "Criminal Parliament", "Arrest Rama", "Albania seeks revolution" and "Rama resign".
In an attempt to clear the entrances and exits of Parliament, police forces intervened to remove the protesters. In response, citizens sat cross-legged in the middle of the street, continuing the protest peacefully.
In front of them, the State Police and the FNSH forces created a security cordon to keep the situation under control, while the water tanker was also placed on standby.

The protest in front of the Parliament was accompanied by tensions and clashes between protesters and police forces, which began before the start of the plenary session and continued after its conclusion.
The first incidents were recorded as the deputies arrived at the Parliament. Eight protesters managed to cross the security cordon and, from a bar near the Academy of Sciences, threw eggs at the deputies of the Socialist Party. The police intervened, escorting several people, including activist Gent Progni. During the protest, the vehicle of the Speaker of the Parliament was also hit with eggs and flour, while the Socialist deputies Ardit Bido, Ervin Demo and Blendi Klosi were also attacked. The opposition deputies were greeted with chants of "the opposition has sold out".
After the escorts, the situation escalated. Protesters removed the metal fence set up by the police, while the officers created a security cordon. The clashes continued with eggs, stones and hard objects being thrown at the police. One officer was hit in the head with a stone, while so far it is reported that three police officers and four protesters have received medical assistance at the QSUT and the Trauma Hospital. The police used pepper spray to disperse the crowd, while the water tanker stationed near the Parliament was also hit with eggs.
After the plenary session ended, tensions continued. Protesters again threw eggs at the vehicle of the head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Niko Peleshi, forcing the vehicle to turn back.
Meanwhile, Taulant Balla reacted to the tensions recorded during the protest held in front of the Parliament, supporting the intervention of the State Police and warning of measures against persons who used violence against officers.
Balla said that protest is a democratic right, but emphasized that the Assembly also has the right to exercise its constitutional function.
"For me, this is the first time, just as they have the right to protest, we have the right to vote. It is a contract that does not move and the ball does not play, the contract of the SP with the Albanians. I am used to this. From Saliu to Luli, from Luli to Saliu, other elements have also entered. We cannot stand back because a group of social and political garbage thinks that the Parliament should be dissolved," he said.
According to Balla, the day's events are related to a scenario that, according to him, aims to harm the country at a moment when the Parliament is reviewing acts related to the European integration process.
"Today, even the most skeptical Albanian regarding the part that is a scenario entirely to the detriment of Albania, while the Parliament must vote on laws for EU membership. This scenario is not a surprise, it is a scenario seen in other countries. Who has doubts that within that group that rapes and injures three employees, whoever attacks the police has attacked the state", declared Balla.
He expressed support for the State Police and warned that the perpetrators of violence will face the law.
"I support the State Police, let it be known and clear: anyone who raises their hand against the State Police will face the force of the State Police," said Balla.
The minister added that during the first 28 days of the protests, no acts of violence were recorded and that the government is ready to dialogue with citizens protesting about concrete issues.
"Why, on 28 days there was no act of violence and the participation of beautiful citizens was greater? Today, the Socialist Party, its government, in a few days will sit with the poor protesters, those who stood up for nature, for the arrogance of an official who has occupied a chair and uses it to the detriment of citizens," he said.
Balla also commented on the incident involving activist Gent Progni and MPs Ulsi Manja and Admir Kadeli, denying that there had been a clash between them.
"There is no incident. Manja, Kadeli were people who come to work early, drinking coffee near the Parliament building, they were physically attacked by Gent Progni's criminal gang. It is a shame on the police that they delayed his arrest. These cases must be processed," said Balla.
