At the Special Voting Center near the Prison Institution in Drenova, Korça, it turns out that the Socialist Party has emerged as the winner.
The SP received 101 votes in the Drenova prison ballot box, 35 more than the Democratic Party, while 7 votes were invalid.
The Socialists also dominated in the Elbasan detention center, receiving 107 votes, or 82% of them.
The DP in the Elbasan IEPV received only 19 votes, or 14% of the total. Even in this special voting center, 10 invalid votes were registered.
