"It's called murder", the doctor in England for the Oncology

Adrian Fandi, a doctor who practices his profession in England, said that in Europe if a case like the Oncology scandal happens, the doctor could risk life imprisonment.

Invited to "Now with Erla Mëhillin", the doctor said that what the oncology doctors did, who did not offer services to cancer patients, but directed them to the private sector and sold them chemotherapy drugs, is called a premeditated murder.

"I have worked in Italy and now in England, but I have never heard of such a thing. Hearing similar cases is unimaginable as it relates to medical ethics. Taking medicine is a crime, stealing medicine from a patient who needs it and endangering his life, and selling it back to him privately, this is premeditated murder. If I do such a thing, in European countries or in the West, I will be sentenced to life imprisonment. This happened in England, when they endangered or killed the patient with murder, it is called premeditated murder, and you are punished for it," said the doctor.

We remind you that the Court of Tirana has brought before the legal responsibility 8 people, doctors of the oncology hospital at QSUT, surgeons, the former deputy general director of the hospital, pharmacists.
