The Head of the Special Prosecution Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), Klodjan Braho, will appear this Monday before the High Prosecutorial Council (KLP) to present the annual report of the institution he heads.
According to the official announcement of the KLP, the hearing will take place on April 27, 2026, at 10:00, where Braho will report on the progress of SPAK's work for 2025.
"The High Prosecutorial Council organizes on Monday, 27.04.2026, at 10:00 a.m., a hearing session with the Head of the Special Prosecution Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime, Mr. Klodjan Braho, who will present the work report for 2025.
This reporting is carried out within the framework of the legal obligation provided for in Article 105 of Law No. 97/2016, "On the Organization and Functioning of the Prosecutor's Office in the Republic of Albania", as amended, to report to the High Prosecutor's Council regarding the progress of the activity of this institution", the announcement states.
Although the report is presented by Klodjan Braho, in essence it mainly reflects the work and balance of the period when SPAK was led by Altin Dumani. In this sense, Braho is expected to "read" the achievements and inherited problems, rather than put his signature on them. The real interest remains in what he will promise going forward: the priorities and direction he will give to the institution in the future.
Klodjan Braho was elected head of SPAK on December 11 of last year, replacing Altin Duman in this position.
